ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative)

The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria, by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®.

AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY INSTUCTOR - certified by National Association of REALTORS®

Heighten awareness of and sensitivity to the social and cultural constituencies of local real estate markets. Participants will learn about the people who make up the local market, their values, customs, real estate needs, and expectations of real estate professionals.

Provide practical skills and tools to increase the professional’s effectiveness in servicing all social groups. Specifically, the course helps participants develop skills in cross-cultural communication and strategic business planning.

Straley was an early advocate of the Short Sale Process and worked with National Bankers to design the procedures and systems for approvals.
